And we can build MoM! Don't forget that. Though I think Rego is building that already....

Ah yes, MoM, for all those Golden Ages we'll be firing with our distinct lack of GPs.
Looks like the turn rolled over, so why not take a look?
Nothing completes, but we're up to 4th in score. OMG we're winning!!! K, maybe not. :P
Left Horseland on the Horse tile to complete the missionary. Should go back to a cottage next turn. Dashboard Light's borders popped, though it is now working the always exciting 1F2H Grassland Hill Forest tile. City will always kind of suck, and more importantly, will *really* suck until we get a flotilla of workers over there. There are indeed 2 en route, however. I played around with EPs to try and resume parity with Locke, plako and Adlain, who all have jumped ahead, and avoid the irritating email from LP.
Here's top 5 cities, I forgot to mention 2 wonders - Luddite built Colossus, and obviously rego built the GLh:
I also went ahead and swapped back to Slavery. Let's go ahead and wait until the last turn before we switch again to whip that TP in Crossing II, since somehow its a 1 pop whip, so we can max overflow into Moai. Still just going to take a while, unfortunately.
plako's now up to 20 cities, btw. He took Mycenae last turn. WK will not be around much longer.
Left the rest for you, Nakor. By the by, Great Wall is a 7T build for us in the Capital. That means its probably like a 4T build for Parkin. Care to wager on who builds it? Here are some odds:
LP: Even
Adlain: 2:1
mackoti: 5:1
Field: 8:1
I'm going to put 20 gold on Adlain. Nakor, lurkers (assuming nobody's shown a screenie of them building it) care to wager?
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

I'll put my money on LP!
Nothing to do really, looking at the game.
I really think we have enough workers for the rest of the game.
Guess we might want to change mines into mills later on with them, but most sites are as improved as they need to be.
Think we need to keep a close eye on our 3 cities building settlers and whip when the time is right.
Crossing II should build/whip a Forge next with overflow into Maoi. But it still will take forever.
Undid all your EP games and put them all on Luddite. Got to get his research back and then move towards someone else (not our neighbour). Thoughts?

Fair enough, re: EPs. I just wanted to do 1 turn to catch up to those who have jumped ahead of us, but I'm not that fussed about it really. Seeing luddite's or rego's or SM's research means pretty much absolutely nothing at this point to me. Seeing plako/locke/LP's would be useful, but there are obviously diplomatic repercussions to that. At some point in the next 20 turns or so, we're going to have to pick an enemy and go with it. I do find it funny, however, that the top 4 in score are all bordering each other. :P
I wasn't necessarily saying we needed more workers, just that we needed lots of workers in Jungleland over there. 9T to build an improvement means those cities are going to be working garbage for a long, long time if we don't. I'll leave the worker machinations to you, though.

New turn! Confu missionary finished in Horseland, started a Forge since we have 3 missionary's already. Changed horses for a cottage as discussed.
Did all the moves. 2 workers off loaded in Paradise, and we'll get another two there in about 8 turns. 2 missionarys on another Galley going to Paradise as well.
We can 2-pop whip the Settler in Vinland. Waiting 1 turn, we can 1-pop whip it.
We can 2-pop whip Beaverpass now as well.
Settler in Riverland will be done next turn to found Ironic.
Left the decision about whipping and other micro stuff you might want to do for you.

Ironic, eh? I was thinking Broccoli Pie.
Decided to go ahead and do the 2-pop whip in Vinland. It'll grow back plenty fast. I think I might just let Beaverpass complete its settler normally. It really doesn't grow all that fast and it gets decent natural production. We can always change our mind next turn.
Ended turn.

New turn.
Greenland: Confucian Missionary -> Spearman (2) [No actual idea what to build here while we wait for a missionary slot to open up. Maybe we should just run a turn of Wealth?]
Crossing: Trading Post -> Forge (20)
Tweaked some tiles around. Overflow from the Settler in Vinland will complete the Trading Post next turn. Really pretty mundane stuff. If I was sure what the units were doing, I moved them. If I wasn't, I left them alone.
I'll have more to say on this later, but I was thinking about dialing up rego and trying to get a feel for his thoughts on a 2v1 against plako at some point. What do you think about that? I just feel like Locke's a silly target - Adlain is his neighbor to the west and mackoti and luddite to the north, so we really have no hope of ever getting a partner there. Just throwing it out there.

Not much to do for me then! Just made the last few moves, looked at everything and hit end turn.
I agree with you about Beaverpass, let's get the settler there manually.
We might want to get a Barracks up in 2 of our best production cities and start building a few LB's once Feudalism is in. Beaverpass and Fishfood look like good option... maybe Helluland as well.
Did you notice Locke has HBR?

Forgot to check re: Locke. We're napped for quite some time, I'm sure he'll attack Adlain first.
We need Archery as well for LBs, had forgotten about that. I don't think we wanna go crazy with the defense, we're still NAP'd with anyone who can hit us for 30 turns. I do think its worth getting a few barracks up, though.

Still, let's slip in Archery - HBR after CS, it gives us a lot more options and helps with the Guilds line as well.... ok?
