Yes I want to kill off Sian but that would be pretty hard. I don't think winning this game is completely impossible but doing so will involve controlling Retep before he gets all the first-to bonuses. And the best revenge against Sian would be winning right

Still I think a war against retep can only be won together with Sian. He may even consider the option if we don't peace out with retep straight away?

I think spending PB23 switching from grudge mode against Agent to grudge mode against ipecac made me realize that I'd rather try to win in the end. I finished in front of both but being 4th and it didn't feel like victory.

We're now at peace with everyone except Grimace. We're cut off from Grimace's eastern cities but I think the rest can be taken. His capital is ours and I plan to take the rest.




After we get the other Grimace cities I'll message Sian about Retep being too powerful (trading Retep-bordering cities). He seems like he doesn't want us to fight now (he offered OB which I refused because it got us literally nothing) so I expect him to take the bait. But I'll backstab him because payback.

And congrats on Grimace's capital his HA can't hurt us I suppose?

Also, really want to have the new cities produce their own garrisons? Is much rather have Zoe going for granary/ lighthouse, moreso considering Sian can't attack it for a couple turns yet...

Oh Zoe came with a granary and I feel like a lighthouse can wait for now.

And I had to change several builds while playing the turn : Sian's first pike was spotted this turn so I can't rely on knights alone. I started two cats and maybe I'll also get a couple trebs, that should be enough.

Grimace's HAs can try what they want, unless there are more in the fog he can't retake his capital with his 3 HAs and 1 vulture.

You're right that a southern city could be worth it (actually planting both is a possibility because they'd be on separate continents), I want to get the second northern spot first (yeah I still haven't settled our own offshore island completely, but in my defense all cities had to build units these past 10t with 3 different wars happening).
