I am back, and wow, there's a lot to read through.
Um, here are my very rough thoughts - I'm thinking things through as I type, so bear with me here. Also keep in mind that I don't know the state of the game at all - I don't have access to the save, and Woden's last update covered turn 146, ie, the first turn that I missed. So nothing that happened on turn 147-wherever the hell we are now can affect me. I also haven't gotten a chance to consult with Woden beyond what he's posted here.
Personally, I'm most inclined to call the game a 3-way draw and continue in sandbox mode. This has been a strain for me to play the last month or so, as we move into testing and finals season at school (to say nothing of week-long excursions across the country, I'm exhausted). Now, I'll have more time opening up as summer rolls around, one of the perks of my job, but I'd be inclined to start fresh. I've made a lot of mistakes on this game, learned from them, and the thought of a clean slate to make new and exciting mistakes, as opposed to being shackled by ones I made in February or March, is very appealing.
So, my vote is for an official end to the game, but I'll keep playing turns for people who want to play out the wars (hell, I'll even report 'em, but probably in not as much detail).
