I have agreed with Scooter that he'll take over my civ from me. Please, speak up if anyone has objections. I assume that Scooter is unspoiled to recent events but I hope he will explain his knowledge of the game in more details.

To be clear I definitely qualify as spoiled as I've read threads and commented in the lurker thread when major events have happened, but to be honest I've followed this one VERY loosely, so maybe less spoiled than it might sound like. It's unlikely I have much game knowledge that Gavagai doesn't have, and beyond that I will be executing the plans Gavagai has outlined in-thread anyway for at least the near-to-medium term. But please do speak up if there's any concerns with the arrangement.

How much combat occurred? Sadly there is no reload option for when people end turn. Its login and logoff times only.

only two instances of combat occurred, both were not any crazy plays with morale units. i am sure i can repeat them if i get the turn reloaded
