Okay Swiss (Huayna of Mali) has settled and has a landlocked capital (9000 land points)
They are working a 3/0 tile (5 food and 1 prod).
They have a GNP of 17, which is:
8 commerce from capital
1 free beaker
1 commerce from city center
4 espionage
2 culture
which leaves 1 left, so it can't be a pre-req bonus, so I will say they are working on a 3/0/1 tile and researching a first-row tech

Krill (Gandhi of Egypt) also has now settled and also appears to be working a 3/0/1 tile. Can't tell if their GNP is also 17 or not (it's no better), so it could be a 3/0/0 tile.
Also, his life expectancy (dealing with health) is 88 (8 healthy 1 unhealth) vs. swiss's 85 (6 healthy 1 unhealthy). My guess right now is Krill is on a river and Swiss is not.
Kyan (Pericles of Babylon) has ended turn without settling.

Lobo (Peter of Korea) settled also.
Also landlocked, though he is apparently working a 2/1/0 tile, or settled on a plains hill, as he has 2 prod.
Can't tell if he has 4 or 5 food (which would be the difference in plains hill or just working a 2/1/0)
He has 19 GPT, so given that he is not Creative, I am guessing he is starting with a tech that has a pre-req. He starts with Mining and Myst, so either an early religion or BW (or the truly odd choice of Masonry! )

Okay - unless one of my teammates grabbed a screenshot in the interim, I grabbed one after ruff (Napoleon of Aztecs) ref_steel (Ragnar of Maya) and bobchillingworth (Hannibal of Byzantium) all logged in and settled.
We now have total land area of 53000, which is 26K more than before, so 2 of those guys are landlocked and the 3rd has 8 land tiles in the first square. That could be coastal, or (imo more likely since everyone else started inland), a lake in the first 9 tiles.
Someone has an approval rate of 85%, which means an extra happy. That would be Napoleon and Hannibal, our 2 Charismatic leaders.
Someone also has an life expectancy of 90%, which is 9 healthy. No Expansive leaders have settled yet (which woudl be my first guess), so I guess someone on a river plus a bunch of forests?
Also one of those 3 is working a plains forested hill (prod of 4)
My guess would be ruff who starts with a scout. 2nd guess would be someone that starts with Fishing working on a WB, but none of those 3 starts with Fishing

Additionally we have an additional 3 civs that have ended turn w/o settling.
Morgan, Kyan, Mr. Nice guy and Sockboy.
So do we have consensus on moving the warrior SE? I can make that move and report back. Or darrell can make it since he is the turnplayer after all.

Soooo and I want to move it SE. If we've convinced you then we have a 3:1 majority even if (who am I kidding, WHEN) darrell disagrees

+1 Dedicated lurker here. I'm counting on sooooo plus experience to make you avoid the mistakes from last time.
I admit this is dumb, but you might consider (after moving the warrior of course) moving the settler onto a plains hill to scout and potentially get a totally awesome hammer-boosted capital. If it turns out to be a bad idea, you settle 1S of the start location and only lose one turn. I might actually be in favor of this if the terrain past those plains hills was greener.
What I actually think is you should move the warrior NE isntead of SE.
Edit: Too late!
