I've spotted the problem I think.

You HAVE changed the order. But the units are still asigned in the wrong place. I loaded up the most recent save as a scenario and picked the first person in the order, Feral Viconia. I got the Svartalfar team. But the units were dwarves with Bob's mage. You just need to delete all the units and switch them all around.

EDIT: or i could check the tech thread and realise you have allready solved the problem tongue oh well

The problem was that I needed to get out of the game so that the edited worldbuilder file would work. Then I had to change all starting units again, because it all got messed up.

Just some clarifications about the map:

*I didn't add any extra huts/lairs/Unique features (I only removed some unique features). I only changed the position of Thoth's huts, because they were placed in pretty weird places.

*I balanced the starting areas by adding the same amount of resources to everyone (so the starting areas are pretty lush - 2 mana nodes, reagents, wines, bananas/rice/pigs, copper and horse). I added some happiness resources in the jungle area (because there weren't many) and a few wheats in the dry areas. But most of the lushness of the map was the script fault!

No, it was pure luck!

I'll add more things here depending on the comments of the players, just so I can clarify everything for them after they read it.
