Could you guys explain how did you get the solution of each puzzle? I'm really trying to get better at this, but I'm terrible at it. I don't understand the puzzles even after I've seen the answers...
That last one by Zakalwe was certainly awesome. I would have never guessed it, though. I was thinking more on the lines of "hundresome" (hundred + handsome)... Yeah, don't think it was the proper line of thought...

The main thing with cryptic clues is you have to get to the same complete answer in two different ways. So you can eliminate a lot of lines of thinking if they don't allow for that.
I've made some headway on your puzzle, SevenSpirits. I'm definitely on the right track but I'm not sure if I am all the way there just yet. I do wonder if the tile one west of Rome's city center might be missing a forest? If that is the case, here's what I got so far:
How I got there: For each tile, interpret its tile yields as a trinary number with three digits corresponding to food, production, and commerce. The intro text alludes to this with the Triumvirate reference. Map each number to a letter of the alphabet in the obvious way, with 0 denoting a space.

Is there more to it, or am I done?
Good work! (And good catch on the missing forest, a transcription error. I have hopefully corrected the image.)
You are not done yet. You'll probably know when you are done.

So shift around the resources to spell a different phrase? s_i_t __so_rc_ s_a_ts
If resources can switch to non-resource tiles that complicates things.
Food Production Commerce Character
0 0 0 space
0 0 1 a
0 0 2 b
0 1 0 c
0 1 1 d
0 1 2 e
0 2 0 f
0 2 1 g
0 2 2 h
1 0 0 i
1 0 1 j
1 0 2 k
1 1 0 l
1 1 1 m
1 1 2 n
1 2 0 o
1 2 1 p
1 2 2 q
2 0 0 r
2 0 1 s
2 0 2 t
2 1 0 u
2 1 1 v
2 1 2 w
2 2 0 x
2 2 1 y
2 2 2 z
Here's the phrase, blanking out the resources (corrected from previous post):
s_if_ __so_rc_ s_ar_s
Here's the phrase when all resource yields are taken away:
sGifS IDsoMrcD sRarRs
EDIT: Well, the city centre will still yield 2 food, so
sGifS IDsoVrcD sRarRs
