I have all the picks in now, but I would prefer you all finish the settings before publishing. The last post on the subject is Yell0ws from a while back, and while I assume you're all agreeing with him, better safe then sorry.

I'm happy with the settings, though I'd prefer to replace "Compact Enforced" with "No new players", or even "humans can't control new civs" (if we're worried about screwing with our turn order).
