I'm currently thinking about one of those two spots for city number one.
The western one has the advantage of having 4 ok tiles from the beginning (no need to chop a monument or pray for a religion spread), the marble one would be for an oracle play. I'm not sure if the oracle is such a good choice though, it would have to be built early enough that I'm the first to it (already have a headstart due to Poly+marble) and it needs priesthood plus masonry plus some worker turns into the marble plus worker turns into chopping it. If someone can do it it's India, it's just that it would mean building two WBs (one for the clam shared between marble city and the cap, the other for the fish) when I'd rather be building workers and settlers.
As you can see in the screenshot I went for double FW before settler strategy. I think it's worth it, they'll chop part of the settler once BW is in.
