OK, the other way to check is to right-click the game in Steam library, and click View Downloadable Content. Check which "Civ pack" and "Civ and scenario pack" you have installed. Agree with Ichabod that it's fine to exclude DLC civs (Spain needs to be banned regardless), but no reason to do that if everyone has access to them

Thanks HAK I think that's actually all civs? But we can't use the Wonders of the World DLC (which is perfectly fine)
