I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

I wasn't able to open the save. Civ crashed a second after trying to load it, flashing what looked like an error message, but I was unable to get more than a glimpse of it. Could you try re-sending the turn to me again?

I did this also.

This is probably very obvious, but I may be a little slow playing over Christmas. Turkey, alcohol, playing games with the little one. Usual stuff.
