No, nothing helps against Poison.
Can someone explain basic poison damage to me? I was under the impression it was some resistance roll at -1 save, but no resistance modifiers will work? Will charmed heroes ever suffer any poison damage.
I found the comment that was illuminating to me about poison.

Do Fortresses run out of lightning bolts?
Early in a game, mine was attacked by wandering monsters. I thought I'd try to kite them around and hope the lightning bolts would kill them off but after a couple of turns, the bolts stopped. My wizard ran out of mana so wondering if that's related.

Right clicking the fortress outside combat should tell you the formula for lightning strength and duration.

Oh wow, never did that before! How does the number of turns calculation round? If I have 44 skill, then the calc is 3 turns + 44/20 turns. Will it cast for 5 or 6 turns?

Probably down, I don't remember but that's the default for asm division.

Hey guys. Can someone tell me what the minimum number of spellbooks I need to take in a color to guarantee that all the rares from that color will be able to be researched eventually?

Do bless and large shield protect against wall of fire and immolation?
Does immolation work against each figure or the whole unit and is it when you defend as well as attack?
When you flee with units in a ship, the units can be lost even if the ship escapes. Is this a bug?
If you have a guardian spirit melded with a node, does it help the person who melded the spirit or the defender?
When the enemy decides to stall it seems to be able to "see" my invisible units and avoid them even if they have no means of seeing them. Is this a bug?

Yes to both.
Quote:Does immolation work against each figure or the whole unit and is it when you defend as well as attack?
Each figure. Works on each of your attacks and counterattacks.
Quote:When you flee with units in a ship, the units can be lost even if the ship escapes. Is this a bug?
No, it's a feature.
Quote:If you have a guardian spirit melded with a node, does it help the person who melded the spirit or the defender?
Not sure but most likely only the person who melded the node when they are defending.

No, it's a feature.
Or to be more precise, it's a missing feature.
However, even the human player can see the invisible units when stalling by mousing over the tile and checking the cursor, so the AI should too. (The logic here is, when you are stalling the enemy is usually close enough, at least when relevant to know, to use this trick. When you are trying to find them to fight, it's the opposite, they are usually too far and you can't find them that way unless you are good at guessing which way they went and can get into range.)
