For Lord Parkin- my impression is that he just likes to talk a lot. He did talk to me about an idea for forming an attack against you, but he's also said similiar things about rego/sunrise and mackoti. It was all just "hey maybe this might be a good idea in the future" stuff, nothing specific. He is trying to settle as far south as he can though, to block off land for himself.

I've thanked him form the info concerning LP and told that I can give further assistance to direct their warriors.

We need to make use of our land up there. I would not mind it. We should also shift that city 1SE of that peak near our capitol to be above the sugarcanes, on the opposite side of that lake (we need to name our geographic features, lurkers are welcome to contribute).

I haven't followed that closely, but I did took a look at the graphs and points development and here is roughly what I suspect he has been doing. At least 1 thing is for certain he hasn't built military. Power graph is quite steady having just few raises. Here is rough schedule what I think he has been doing:
T26 he has just finished BW other techs Fishing, hunting and Mining
T35 Sparta founded
T43 Tech, almost certainly wheel. He probably switched techs before this time. I suspect that he might have research AH and then changed to Wheel
T44 Sparta gifted to us
T45 Corinth founded
T52 Tech Agriculture seems most likely
T55 city founded (new Sparta)
T61 Tech. Quite big power raise. Archery maybe. Strange choise. Alternatively he researched something else and built his 1st Holkan
T64-T66 All in all +15 points. Probably culture pop raise and tech. Maybe AH that was started before war and finished now with prereq bonuses
T72 tech. No idea what was it. Might be pottery.

He also founded his 4th city ~T60 don't remember exactly

Settlers in position to found 2 cities next turn. Judaism hasn't yet landed. We need 2 turns for it.

Is settling those 2 cities going to screw up founding Judaism in 2t? Might be close with your expenses currently at -17 and only 28g in the bank.

We should be alright. Again I'm a bit sloppy and haven't really counted. However I'm not running full beakers or commerce so we've some room to produce more beakers, if nescessary. If it seems too close after founding 1 city I'll delay settling the other.

I suppose that the cities themselves will provide some extra commerce on founding.

You have libraries up already right? It might be worth putting the commerce through a higher slider this turn while you can to get the most out of those +25% beakers... Might not make much difference at the end of the day though.

Founding a religion will be really good for you - the shrine will help massively with what is looking like could be a pretty big empire!

Actually after taking the shots I turned slider to 90 % that leads 0 gold next turn.
