A friend of mine was on ESPN for their coverage of the US/Ghana rematch!
I read an article that the U.S. has sent the most fans to Brazil. There were stadiums filled all over the country watching the Ghana game. Maybe we are finally coming to our senses .

The fact that interest in MLS is flat to down is a positive indicator IMO .

Yeah, I've been following this sport religiously for almost 20 years now and I've never been able to get into MLS. I wish I could actually - would help the non-WC summers, but I can't.
On an unrelated note - my god Spain is awful. Serves them right for all the incredibly dull matches they foisted on us 4 years ago.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

It seems like pass-pass-pass-pass-pass-pass-pass-pass-pass-pass-shoot-score football is dead, fortunately. Makes for an extremely boring game, and a lot of the games finish 1-0. Spain lost 5-1 to The Netherlands, and (as of 66 minutes in) they are losing 2-0 to Chile.
Okay Mansa, I'll take Printing Press for Liberalism. Now where did I put my cannons?

I predicted that the Aust v Spain game would be a dead rubber ... I was right ... it is dead in that neither team can qualify.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Was hard on Australia, thought they were good value for the draw.
