My plan was to make Sunrise agree not to build any culture buildingd/spread religion on Nero until I could do it in my newly found city in Rome. Then I'd use a Great Artist to culture bomb it and steal Nero by culture.

Damn, Sunrise. I was acting all nooby and stupid in the banter thread to set things up. Seriously, I can't believe he did it... banghead
