Our food resource near the deer is ... a snow deer. Let's hope there's something better out there that can justify us putting a city by the silver for our 4th or 5th city.
So next turn, perhaps move the western warrior 1 south (if healed) and where should the souther warrior go? I'm thinking either 8, 9 or continue east. If we go 9 it'll be slightly a waste but if there's seafood we might consider moving the horse city down south a bit. I think we should check that.
I'd put the northern warrior somewhere on our border (but in defensive terrain) so that he can defend himself easily in case we are faced with barbarians.
Confucianism was founded (via Polytheism, according to what they told us) in Love-A-Lot, so its borders will pop soon.
I think we should send some screenshots to Margarita.
Edit: Turn 43, Pacal II/Native America founded their third city.

how are people falling behind us so quickly? The rival worst numbers are shocking.

regarding the Silver - i think it would be better to scout around to the east and northeast of the Silver. There's still grassland over there, we can pick up the silver with the edge of a city's BFC.

I sort of changed my mind regarding the warrior movement. I propose that we move the southern warrior one tile northwest, i.e. 7. I'm hoping that we can explore that southern coast, and by moving 7, the warrior gets on a hill so he knows if it's safe to move on the wheat tile the following turn, and then on the forest.

I wouldn't say people are falling behind us. At this point, rival worst numbers aren't that meaningful, since teams could be selectively working tiles to produce, i.e. all food tiles which would mean a lack of production. We also have a faster start than most due to hooking up the gold fast.
However, we can't be complacent with our position. We're going to have 3 cities plus an excellent set of improved tiles and a road network by turn 50, but in the 20 turns after that, we really need to apply Slavery and get more settlers faster (along with a few libraries and lots of granaries and cottages). Our current micro plan only goes up to turn 49, and that's the point when we revolt to slavery. We might consider growing the capital to size 5 quickly then 2-pop whipping another settler for the copper or silver (or the north).

Yeah, we definitely need to explore that area. This early in the game, the silver is strong enough of a tile to warrant the settling of a potentially mediocre long-term city site.

Teddy, any word on screenshots? If not, I can try to take a few tomorrow.

T44. Just a quick look at where copper is.
I agree with warrior 7 on tundra hill, we need to fogbust city#3 site and explore coast.
One warrior should move toward copper to cover worker roading to it. It could be warrior#4.
What you think about copper location and how it could change our plans?
I have to go right now, but I'll be back in 8-9 hours so we can discuss.

I would settle the desert 1 NE of the copper. It reclaims one desert, picks up at least two flood plains and a couple extra hills along with the copper hill. There is probably also at least one food resource in the fog to the north and east of that spot, and even if there isn't, two farmed flood plains means a sustainable if slow-ish start to the city.

Good spot, but we don't had to settle city#3 for that spot. Just cover our worker(s) with warrior/chariot and improve copper in our culture.
We want to settle it soon tho, to protect our copper.
And its looks to me like CareBears have better land and resources location, oh well.

Should we start moving our northern warrior in to copper direction?
Or al least put him between our cities and ready to move him when our next warrior almost done?

-I would put the northern warrior between our ciites, and have the next warrior from the capital cover the copper. We're not going to have the turns to get the copper improved based on our plan (up to turn 50) and horses are a bit better this early.
-City 3 is still definitely by the horses, but let's see if there's seafood to the south.
-I'll come up with some more sims this Saturday to see what we should do on turns 50-59 now that we know copper.
-Other micro stuff: micro plan calls for 0% research this turn (makes sense) and then 100% on turn 45. Next turn, workerC from MIT (btw did we ever name our second worker) will chop on the capital's PH.
-should send screenshot to Margarita, I'll see if I can do it when turn 45 rolls over...
