T187 played. Nationalism finished. This game is now 'put up or shut up'. Revolted to Nationhood. I have nine (9) cities that can draft so these cities will be pretty unhappy shortly. Tech is set to Drama (Globe) - not sure what good that will do.
I have sent 3 workers to the island to mine the fort hills (see sign in game).
Peace deal with Commodore and Gavagai runs out in 3 turns.
Re Knights for Galleon trade ... nothing ... sailed a galleon into HAK territory and then out again so that it shows its back to their land ... a very small gesture.
I will need someone to pick up this game this week (back late Saturday).

I got this from HAK ... no idea what it means ... but I am guessing he is saying that your island cities (the ones he mentioned) are very vunerable and you should protect them. Blow that ... the whole point is to use that island as a buffer while I try and kill Donovan Zoi.

Played another turn. Still alive. I just found out a nice little trick ... ok, not much of a trick.
Pause the game, scroll through the cities and draft / whip as required. Then unpause / pause ... and civstats only reports 1 global score change ... not one for each whip / draft.

whoa, no, that is actually a pretty good trick. maybe not with drafts so much, but you can definitely hide whips this way in the late ancient / early classical eras, e.g. making many small whips looks like just a few large whips. very interesting... never heard of it before either, thanks for reporting on it.

My military was non existent when I took over this civ. At the moment, the aim is defense.
