I found a bug - despite a city is protected by Nightshade and has Alchemist guild, the enemy is still able to cast corruption on my precious orihalcon tile.

The parenthesis indicate they are not close enough to your empire to declare war.

I have already knock other wizard to have overall power lower than 40% of mine overall power but lose button still not turn into win button (other category only one wizard that still have power income around 60% of what I have while the rest of category already much below me but your html file said that it is different victory condition). Do I need get rid all other wizard which know spell of mastery to in order to make win button turn green? (one already confirm to have it and now I on my way killing her, another has just give me some suspicious but I don't know if he has one)

Is there any way to check if other wizard has spell of mastery or not?

There isn't, and yes, you have to defeat them.

Found a 11th book but it doesn't reduce casting costs in my game. What advantage does it have?

Edit: In MoM it gave -10% research cost and -10% casting cost.

Question: is there a way to influence how many Orihalcon, Adamantium, etc resources one can find in a map?

Also, it would be useful to be able to set the default spells that are offered when launching a new game.

It should be reducing your casting cost by 5% and add 8% research.
Do you have Artificer? It seems it's overwriting the previous modifiers, I'll fix that for the next update.
Nevermind, it's not possible for a spell to be Arcane and non-Arcane at the same time so Artificer has no effect on that. I see nothing in the source code that would make the 11th book not work then.

Not yet but eventually the ores will be placed into an external INI file. Might be worth doing the same for spells as well.
