OK well this was big turn for us. We get religion on schedule:
Religion appear in Olmec. That is good spot for us. Pretty good city and not on border where it could be capture. Bad thing is it take 2 turns for free missionary to walk to capital.

We found Chehalis this turn for furs and silver. It is bad city but we need happy resource very bad. I triple whip Chinook for library (size 6 to size 3) and then swap civic to Caste System. This is why we want Code of Laws. Spi is awesome when you use right. I force Artist in Chehalis at size 1. City no growth but expands border in 3 turns. Much better than trying to get monument/library in here. Spi lets us pretend to be Creative. Border expand turn 91 and workers have camp on furs turn 92. More workers building long road in south to silver. That take a little longer finish around turn 95. It sucks to waste worker turns on long road in tundra. Need silver though. Maybe with Sailing tech and little river in tundra we could get by with just road on silver iself (?) But workers moving there anyway. Probably best to build road while they go. We will get city by crabs eventually.
Teoihuacan at 92/100 Great Scientist points. So I force extra Scientist in there this turn with Caste System. 3 Scientist, -1 food this turn. We get GScientist next turn, Academy in capital T90. I see one other team just get Great Scientist in fog. Probably plako. We just a little slower than them. I turn off research until we get Academy in capital cause 100% will be worth more then.
Capital is size 8 almost size 9. Only has happiness for size 6 though. So people in Cherokee are very unhappy LOL. We get religion on turn 90, furs turn 92, silver turn 95, and will build cheap Spi temple. So we will be happy at size 10 in about 8 turns. With Academy and library in Cherokee that should help GNP a lot. We can work like 7-8 grassland cottages there no problem.
Apache finish granary with forest chop. Now we force Artist to expand borders. Work boat from Teoihuacan is ready to claim fish. Workers in place to pasture cows. We pretend to be Cre again here. This get much faster growth than waiting for monument or library. We wanted city to be on peak tile but that was not an option.
Anasazi, Zapotec, and Chinook all grow next turn. Some of them grow into unhappiness but we not care cause furs coming soon. Thank god. Olmec building settler for next city on blue spot. This is good location with pigs and many grassland river tiles. Should probably be Adlain territory but he very slow to expand. Oh well his loss. I want Slavery to whip Olmec settler and Caste System to expand border at blue. If we could change civics every turn I would.
Sailing tech next for lighthouse. Then probably cheap stuff like Archery, Masonry (wall), Poly/Monotheism (OR civic also good for Spi civ). mackoti expects to be in war with luddite soon. We helped mackoti out by gifting him warrior to upgrade. I dont know what going on there. Stalemate war is always good if it happen. We hope for that.
Lots of teams plant cities in fog very fast. Nakor get 3 cities in 5 turns. Moogle get 3 cities in 3 turns. Parkin get 4 cities in 3 turns! I dont see how they can have workers for that. Look at our new cities, all have workers there with roads and imporoved tiles. How can you do that with 4 cities in 3 turns? I dont understand. Spam cities without workers/tile is dumb in Civ4. I hope thats whats going on here. We can see Nakor cities and most of them are bad. He definitely did not have workers ready for them. Cannot see Moogle Parkin so hope that is the same thing.
Demos are blah. We hope that they will get better with happy resources. We been stuck with low happy cap for very long time.
