Yes :/
Erebus in the Balance - a FFH Modmod based around balancing and polishing FFH for streamlined competitive play.
T40 - Second wave of barbs is on its way in. I'm 0/2 so far - but I should get my shock warrior next turn and I have nice defensive terrain in the south. No lost improvements, though, and only two lost worker turns, so could be worse.

PROGRESS!
![]() Settled Nimarail this turn. It shouldn't be a surprise that I'm falling behind in foodhammers - though it seems HK is also running specialists - I believe him to be the player behind me in demos. I earned my Great Sage last turn, everything delayed two-turns by warrior builds to manage my earlier barb troubles. I continue to run max commerce - we'll see how that turns out. The expansion focused Hippus and Illian civs are a bit scary. DEMOS T52: I'm sure the other threads are more exciting as it seems the Molach got beaten up. I figure it has to be barbs - there are 250 tiles of land for each player, so it makes no sense for people to be fighting with warriors and scouts. I survived my own barb troubles with a nice 12exp on my Guards warrior! ![]() I still would have preferred not to lose two warriors, but maybe I have a shot at the Titan. Mages sooner rather than later. Here is the Empire. Copper revealed in the cap BFC. I get WotE EOT54, then AH so I have the health to take advantage of the gold/Deruptus and chop away unproductive forests. I'm betting horse is accessible for an extra resource tile. Then to Writing. OVERVIEW:
How many workers do you currently have?
Active in:
FFH-20: Jonas Endain of the Clan of Embers EITB Pitboss 1: Clan/Elohim/Calabim with Mardoc and Thoth
Founded the Way of the Earthmother in Udenarat at the EOT. The story begins!
From the wiki: He fiddled with the pieces of clockwork mechanism, shuffling them around the tabletop: lifting a cogwheel and mounting it on a pin, then giving it a little tip to make it spin. ![]() Technology was fascinating stuff, though Dain had never really learned anything beyond basic mechanics. Why build these elaborate machines to work your way around the the laws of nature, when it was so much easier to simply manipulate the laws themselves? ![]() He did realize, however, that magic and its practitioners were something of a rare commodity. Magic could solve everything, but it was often easier to do without. Just press a button or pull a lever, and it happened - no need for long years of study, the purification of mind and body. ![]() He shook his head. He was becoming distracted and distant. Looking around the scantly-furnished room, he realized that the sun was much lower than it should have been. Feeling a pang of regret at dismantling the time-piece, he swept from his chamber. Cogs and gears would always best him in at least one task: keeping time.
OK - time to start updating this thing regularly:
![]() I'm starting to have a lot of fun with this game. Even with all the barbs messing up my worker micro. I'm slowly accumulating exp on my guards warrior: ![]() He just single-handedly fought off an invasion to the east and stands to get some more exp next turn. Overview: Demos: |
