Good News! The second city is down, the copper pre-roaded. Farm is started this turn and the other worker will hop over there to finish it early, then they'll both go back to the copper and hook it, before heading back to the cap for some more chops.
An overview shot of the empire. That's a rudimentary dotmap, subject to my whims. Any comments for it? The general thought was to claim as much land in between myself and Dazed ASAP, while TBS and I have a lake that I expect (Hope) to be a natural boundary between ourselves for settling. He has dogs and totem poles, so it'll be a bitch to punish any aggressive plants from our Native friends.
This is the layout of the southern seas, revealed by a hut pop earlier in the game. You can see a little nub of blue culture, not sure who that is. France, Sumeria,
Khmer, America are all in the realm of possibilities. I'm really hoping that's not plakonian blue. That would be mean I've got scary neighbours on all sides, plus the wildcard of Dazed. Anyone know where I can get some info on his game?
This is TBS' capital, or a really fast second city with borders popped (not likely, given that bronze is just out of reach, and low score). I'm not going to try anything on spiritual NA, dogs rule out early aggression until HA's, at least.
Here we have the domains of Dazedroyalty's Khmer. Pigs would've been very nice to have at the cap, but dry wheat's good too
(I know i have fishing resources. I'm just being obtuse)
Our Quechua appears to have fought some beasts in the interturn. It's eligible for a promo, I may keep it as a future medic unit or something.
And here's our other Quechua. He'll be off to watch the hinterlands to the North-East, making sure Dazed doesn't sneak anything at the capital. Maybe he'll find an unprotected settler (not likely, given that I've walked around his borders with the same Quechua
)
Our wayward scout is now next to a wolf. He's at 0.8 in a forest, with woody I. Should be fine. Dazedroyalty's scout was up here last turn, so I'm not expecting much in the way of goodies.
