Here is the starting BFC sandbox for you to look at and start planning, if you choose to do so. This accurately represents what the starting BFC will look like when you load into the game. The file has any strategic resources stripped out (since you would not know those on turn 0).
We reserve the right to make any changes to the BFC, but this is at least very close to what it will look like in game, so should be dependable for planning purposes. No screenshot for the thread too because that's just time consuming right now for me to go take a picture of each one too. NOOOOOO!!!!!
I need pics!!! I hate my starting position before even seeing it... That reminds me that I need to download the mod. Fish is good because we start with fishing. It really doesn't matter, though, since WB can be built with no tech now. Interesting decision between worker first or WB first, likely similar to the one we had on PBEM 62. Keep in mind WB are a food hammer unit now that cost 25 hammers (and that I opened the save without RtR mod, so those things are wrong). My initial guess is that WB -> grow to size 2 -> worker beats everything else. We'll see. Too many happies, though... Why nerf CHA, man? Hunting can't improve ivory, we need AH. Classy change, huh?
Lets see: worker takes 12T, workboat -worker takes 14t, workboat -grow 2 -worker takes 18 turns
Of course maybe with slavery things may be diferent. I like how they literally give us a sandbox yet we don't use it anyway (August 18th, 2015, 21:02)retep Wrote: Lets see: worker takes 12T, workboat -worker takes 14t, workboat -grow 2 -worker takes 18 turns We still have plenty of time until the game starts! (you're a teacher, right, retep? I bet you get a lot of this from your students )
Indeed I am. Although I teach 6 years old, so you know they suck anyway
