Because everyone 'knows' that you and zak don't lynch each other, so if it appears you have, it's just an optical illusion. mischief

Or perhaps more realistically, because nobody drives a bus like you do. I don't know if it's happened recently, but there was a stretch of games where you killed more of your scum teammates than the entire town...and then won as a result.

Heh, there were n0 actions to be had? I wouldn't have given one either if I had played because I also missed that and I don't remember it being mentioned in the scum thread by the other person/people.

And to be fair to zak, he was given less than 24 hours. The game start was delayed because of my failure to check PMs timely, and then it wasn't until later in that day that you offered to have me subbed out. So zak was given half a day really.

True. I wasn't laying blame as I said before.

Haven't been following very closely, so can't comment on balance/unbalace/off-balance of the game, but I liked the flavor for this game. Fun to follow, but as an Asimov fan I am very much rooting for the Human Expansionist League here...
Played: FFH PBEM XXVI (Rhoanna) FFH PBEM XXV (Shekinah) FFH PBEM XXX (Flauros) Pitboss 11 (Kublai Rome)
Playing:Pitboss 18 (Ghengis Portugal) PBEM 60 - AI start (Napoleon Inca)

It's supposed to be a difficult choice to decide who you equate to, as both sides have very real and positive connections, as well as negative ones. As to the balance... I think I should have stuck with my original plan and waited till I had a bigger game, it was just too hard to get the balance right with this small of a game and this type of a setup. Maybe next time I'll just host one of those prefab ones from a few games back. Watch everyone go into a meta debate spiral.

I still think it's a great idea. Maybe we can recycle it with a larger group another time. Or maybe we can all be held in suspense for what you bring next time you host; I think you've done a great job overall nod

Because Jabbz fucked up, then compounded said fuckup by trying to fix the fuckup, but fucked up trying to unfuck it.

Don't be too hard on yourself, Jabbz. I was a little harsh back there.

I'm pretty sure this setup is actually quite unbalanced for town, objectively speaking. The game just took a very unfortunate course.
If you know what I mean.

Oh, it's cool Zak, I'm not upset, and my only irritation is with myself. I made the classic mistake of expecting players to behave a certain way. The game was supposed to be slightly town biased, but a couple of bad turns made it very town biased.
Primarily getting you on meta tells, which wasn't predictable in any way for me, I don't know you that well, and on Rowain's take on the game, which made an anti-town measure an anti-scum one.
