I'm headed out of town and returning the 25th. I should be able to get Civ4 set up to play my turns, but I may be late, especially tomorrow and the 25th.

The trip was more eventful than expected. I won't be home until Wednesday evening, but I finally had a chance to install Civ4 here and will be playing the save at lunchtime. Thanks for your patience everyone smile

EDIT: Or not, apparently. When I try to load up the save, it flashes an error message too quickly for me to read it, and then it crashes to desktop. Has anyone had this happen to them before when trying to play a save from a new Steam installation?

Hope you're having fun!

In Steam, right click the game and choose properties, then Betas and opt in to the only one there. It should fix your issue.
