Every 'borderland' is that rich. So are all the islands, and other areas that aren't right next to the capital. If anyone is willing to move a settler six tiles off into the random fog they can have a similar site. Map isn't mirrored so I can't say exactly what's available.
You could go back a couple pages and look at the screenshots.
Apparently I should have put down a lot more jungle and forest though . If Krill had to give up five turns for this start it would have been better. So that is the borders , I hope theyr neighbours will take measuere and choke them a litle bit.I know i would flood them with wariours.

Yeah, there's 14 tiles between capitals and Krill moved 6 almost directly toward Ventessel. Puts him right into the area that I thought would be borders.
Also, the capital will look nicer once people unlock their copper and horses. Krill will have copper, I think, but he moved away from his horses so won't be hitting anyone with horse archers for a good long while. Hoping that plus the three lost turns slow him down enough that other people have a chance. I wouldn't want to be Ventessel right now, though.

Yeah, not good for Vent.
It also doesn't help that I think he is by far (as far as I know anything) the most green player in this game.

Well, if Ventessel logs in before Krill, moves his scout onto that plains tile, AND declares war, it would be a huge headache for Krill. I doubt he'd do that though without the info that we have.
How reasonable of a response would it be for Vent to swap his build now to a Warrior and just kill Krill?

I didn't mirror anything outside the capital and some of the initial 9x9. I generally did sort of similar things (like putting silver on the borderlands and gold only in the seas) but I wouldn't expect any sites to match. Coureva probably has some very strong sites available but certainly not the exact same spot.
Honestly Krill went to basically the best spot he could have; I don't think he read the lurker thread but I do have the feeling that he read the mapmaker. I should have known better than to make a map for him.

And, honestly, I'm pretty pissed at Krill about this whole saga. Quality of third-ring sites shouldn't much matter, and wouldn't have mattered except for him. On everyone else's borders, it won't matter; the ownership of the borders will depend on who plays better, not on who guesses better.
Krill taking advantage of 'with these requirements, Mardoc would have built a map like this' would be marginally acceptable if he weren't the one setting the stupid requirements. As it is, he basically started playing three weeks early, against me instead of against the other players, trying to create a map that favored him instead of a map that was fair. His pressure on 'getitdone getitdone fasterfasterfaster' is certainly part of how I ended up creating the spot he moved to.
He could have chosen to play against other players instead of playing against me. All he had to do was settle in place (maybe with a disclaimer about deliberately picking a suboptimal path if he had to be seen as smart). Then he would have a nice balanced enjoyable game instead of a game of drama and arguments about winning turn 1. Next time I will certainly take into account that Krill is trying to beat *me*, the neutral party. If I bother with a next time.

Looking at Krill's capital site, my gut is that he would have been better off SIP and rushing a settler to the super-site, rather than wandering at the start. You save 3 turns on moving and the plains hill is worth about 3 turns too. At size 2 the capital makes 11hpt, so a settler is only 9t. The super-site only starts to pull ahead of the capital when you add the 3rd and 4th pop point.
If everybody has a second city spot of similar quality then I doubt Krill has gained much(if any) advantage here.

Plains desert cows, as far as the eye can see.
