Whipped my first library in Bill Burr, and once it grows back, ill have it start on some scientists. Barb warrior suicides on my defending warrior, and i prepare more workers/settlers everywhere. i plan on having 12 cities or so by turn 90-100. Along with hopefully top production-food.

Some of you may be wondering what my goal in this game is, because surely someone like wetbandit, or ipecac will win right? Wrong! I will be the winner of this game. I have this game basically in the bag, so long as im not attacked before turn 100.. i will be in great shape to push into the winners circle.
Alot of my cities are size 1-2 atm, and im still 3rd/very close to 1st in food. and once i plant more production cities, ill be king in that area as well.. i have succeeded in planting in 2 chokes, securing more than my fair share i assume. And by the looks of the south-east it is either another choke, or one HELL of a cache of resources that needs to be in my borders.
In other news, ill be doing a round of warriors for mp duty, and then hooking up my copper to prevent Spearmen from causing trouble. My neighbors dont seem to be doing too badly, Yuri looks to be going a pure cottage route or got lucky with a gems/ect somewhere. JR4 im assuming is either dealing with a bunch of barbs, or someone near him was a little frisky.. as his power is a bit high atm. Wetbandit seems roughly middle-ground.. and i really hope he keeps Yuri busy.

Confirmed where JR4 is, there must be a way to go around him, and back thru Yuri territory.. as thats the direction his scout came from. In the next couple turns i should reach #1 in food, as my cities grow onto/ i get improved food. once Doug Stanhope finishes its warrior, its going back to back workers to get everything upto snuff. Looking into the resource-hub ( im going to assume there is another player this way ) i want all of it, and will be settling in that direction next. While not good on Maintenance.. claiming land is something i want to be a priority in my future pitboss games.
I have another 6 turns of forced peace between me and Yuri, during which i will keep a close eye on his power graph.. just incase he returns with just a mass of spear/axes. Short of that, or JR4 sending a motorcade of chariots over the hills towards Bill Burr, i think im in a very comfortable position. After my worker gets done with a mine/farm i will be hooking up my copper for the ability to whip/build axes/spears to keep myself safe. I still have a nice little plan in place to rocket myself into a snowball, but i have to do more simming before i can mention much more of it here.

As i had guessed... there is another player to my south. WilliamLP if i know my Civ color shading. I have a fairly major choice in my head anyway... do i next turn move my WC forward onto the hill to see into the city/make contact? Or do i keep watch for more settlers/ect coming this way? Skirmishers are a Major pita to dislodge from cities... if he gets a hill city somewhere in that resource hub, its going to be a major pain to remove. My plan is now, next 2 settlers are heading to the hub. City #6 will be settled turn 68 and city #7 by turn 77. I have Doug stanhope pumping out worker-worker-worker-settler-settler as well to help speed along growth.
William is in 2 pitboss's, same as me.. word is he defends very well, and i have no idea how much he's willing to invest into this game considering he took over for Ghostpants who vanished to worlds unknown.. dont want to make someone like him pissed, but i also dont want stonehedge-budda to get any more cities in my direction.. i think i will make contact next turn, and if the city is guarded by a warrior, its gone. first worker out of Doug stanhope is going to finish roading the copper for axes, and teching will resume shortly.

Graphs- Not worried about anything JR4 can send me, even with that sizeable army, Yuri took a huge drop in GNP Im assuming emergency barb whips?

Doug Stanhope- size 5 and working on worker-worker-worker-settlers.
Bill Burr- regrowing and then planning on working 2 scientists.
George Carlin- finishing settler then growing on granary/library then back to settlers.
Robin Williams- growing then building a library,
Louis CK- growing while building granary.
im neck and neck with the leaders in food, and i still have 2 cities at size 1.. its only going to explode from here. Production, im a little low on but i have 2 mines finishing next turn along with another city being made in 2 turns so that shouldnt be a big issue.. JR4's power is still fairly high so keeping a nice garrison in Bill Burr is a high priority. Going to keep my WC down by WLP to watch for any scouting/settler. With just how ridiculously well defended the city is geographically.. and with skirmishers/pro... im not cracking his front city. However, i will prevent him from settling in this direction if i can help it.

My master plan wont be told until it is complete, but i can spoil this.. I plan on killing Yuri with Horse archers around turn 115. ( not set in stone ). as i will need that long to consolidate all this land im able to claim with creative

I continue to explore the southern hub, for dotmapping purposes.. Im expecting William to not expand anymore in my direction, OR expand with 4+ skirm's... nothing in-between. That area is mine Im looking at a couple more cities, then pushing towards currency. Horse Archers vs Yuri at some point, keep a good garrison on the JR4 area, cuz wow that power.. and keep William from expanding this way.

nothing much to report. Turns are going by at a good pace, barbs are giving only minor trouble, and some microing allows me to likely hurt myself more than using the governor.. Stay tuned for when things heat up!
Question for lurkers- Is it just the culture you dont get when u capture a city with a wonder? or anything else im missing when capturing wonders. Thanks!

You won't get the culture and, if I'm remembering this correctly, you don't get the benefit of the wonder if you don't have the tech required to build the wonder. I'm thinking of the Statue of Liberty here, among others. I'm somewhere around 95% sure this is right.

Not the first, but hey! not the last either. Im building libraries, and workers/settlers basically in all cities. Bill Burr continues to work on a GS, due in ~15 turns. My master plan continues, hopefully with no one interrupting :D
