Do we settle the marble city after the gold? I am perhaps irrationally eager to stake our claim up there.

Unless TEAM renege on their word I don't see the urgency.

The terms of our peace treaty let them settle with "our" sheep in their second ring, so if we don't settle till later then we might not have all the food we're hoping to have for that city.

I thought of this just now, coz it looks like TEAM settled a new city this turn.

There is only 1 viable spot for them to challenge the Sheep. Of course, if there is something worthwhile in the fog they might use it, but I wouldn't be too worried, if we go there after Stone city.

We need Library ASAP in Losing to keep the 2nd ring hills on our side.

I've been running couple of tests using Novice's micro plan and it looks good. However our low happy cap will make things pretty difficult soon after T67, so I suggest positioning gold city so that it is 1st ring. This can be also settled a turn earlier than hill cities.
