I have exactly the same problem so I think it's safe to assume that the issue is on the host side.

Yeah, then it's pretty certain that Arkipeller's bad connection is the problem, as it usually pops up a bit later after he has dced. I will reload to the previous turn though, since India didn't get to replay their turn.

Reloaded to GG autosave. There is 3:34 left on the timer. The teams that have not completed their turns are Care Bears, GG, Orgy, and DT (not sure which team this is).

If someone would please pause the game ASAP that would be great. Thank you.

Game wasn't paused; now it is. ~2h on the clock. If this really is a problem with Arki's connection, perhaps he can hold off on playing until DT,GG, and Carebears have played. Generate a clean autosave, then proceed to fix the problem.

I had the same problem as Teddy reports - after this latest reload - then tried to connect for the second time and everything worked :-). I have not changed anything between attempts.
Civstats showed that I logged in twice, but that is no how it looked from my side.

I have increased the turn timer to 999 for the holidays, just so everyone is aware of it. It will take effect next turn.
