But yeah, the map generator is a bigger troll than monsterous upkeep and massive amounts of unsettled space was in PB3.

Our scout says hi again to your warrior, spacetyrantxenu. I know my word isn't worth much for the moment so let me be pragmatic: we need to guard our borders with something, and I'm sure you'd rather it were a unit that can't attack. He won't go any farther west if your units go no farther east.
