I doubt that they should/would do anything like that, Arena is (I presume) meant to be like MtG drafting and that uses the same rarity. Plus, there will probably always be a best Arena class, as that just sorta happens. Plus, I don't think you can go 12 wins with a Mage too easily: They're extremely dependant on a few cards and you need skill to make it through the top. And I also fight a lot of Shaman and Druid in the higher ranks. (Interestingly, I have been doing pretty well against Paladins too.)

Arena is so random...I finally managed 12 wins, but considering the cards I drafted it was not difficult.  (yay for 5 Fire Elementals)

Wohoo got a Grommash! Warrior and Mage are all I play in ranked
Now at 4 legendaries (Onyxia, Alexstraza, Baron Geddon, Grommash Hellscream) without buying packs. And Gelbin Mekkatorque, but everyone has him..

I didn't think to grab a pic, but I just had the most ABSURD Thoughtsteal in Arena: I snagged HOGGER and GRUUL. Two Legendaries snagged from Thoughtsteal in Arena? Yes please!

Just snatched victory from the jaws of defeat twice in a row in arena. Both times I was on a losing board, and in fact thought I was probably going to die the turn before. But then I survived and was able to play Leeroy Jenkins -> Faceless Manipulator Leeroy -> Exact lethal damage (with one assist from a soulfire, and another from an on-the-board azure drake). 
So. Satisfying.

This Rogue deck just went 0-3, which really saddened me (Rogue you suck).
On the plus side? Go 0-3, pull TIRION FORDRING from a pack! I am heavily pleased. I also pulled Prophet Velen earlier in the day, hell yeah.

Nah you gotta buy something to get Gelbin. Just one arena run should be enough afaik.

Yeah that's what I thought. Probably won't ever get him, don't want to spend even 1 pound just to get an unplayable card
