Both this and the cited U.N. passage are promises that cannot be kept. They sound good morally and idealistically, but are not actually implemented in reality. Germany does not commit every possible resource that it could to the inviolability of human life and dignity. And what happens if I claim that forcibly confiscating my money via taxation violates my dignity? There are always tradeoffs and we're just negotiating where to set them.

Free speech isn't an absolute right either, so the supreme court has said since WWI and the draft. All rights have lines drawn.

President: Likely D
House: Solid D
Senate: Lean D (Tossup/Tilt D if DEMs can get to 51 in order to get a true majority and cover Joe Manchin)
Gov races: Only competitive race is MT, which I rate as Lean R
Senate map (GA ratings consider the runoff)

I don't give percent. It's about how I feel
Solid: I don't see how this team doesn't win. I could be wrong though so this is not called "Safe". Also no-one is ever Safe because of scandals and such; see LA-02 @ 2008.
Likely: This team should win, but could plausibly lose
Lean: Clear edge
Tossup/Tilt: If I were serious I would just use tossup ratings because where to tilt things is too subjective. Tossup: Everything Else. Tilt: I guess this team wins.
I wouldn't have what it takes to put SC at Solid if I were serious. So, to make a serious map move IA to Tossup and SC to Likely R. I would put SC at Tossup/Tilt R if D was Pro-Choice.

Map looks good, except for georgia. Dems are far more likely to win the special election against Kelly "Attila the Hun" Loeffler (she released an ad saying she's more conservative than Attila and would, quote: "Eliminate the Liberal Scribes") than win the general one with a total nobody like Ossoff against Purdue.

Republicans are basically advocating for executing political opponents. I believe that's a key component of what is called fascism.

And the second one where they take away someone who's an "illegal immigrant" for execution?
Come on, this is way too much of a dogwhistle, it's obvious how these types are going to interpret it.
Even if it is intended as a joke, it's a pretty horrible one, but it's obviously a targeted dogwhistle. It's not like we haven't seen politically motivated murders in the US before, and frankly I'd label this as a call to violence.
Next thing you know they'll run ads saying "more anti-semitic than hitler" and you'll say it's ok, it's a joke. There are bounds...
But perhaps this ad is more on the nose than I realized. The conservatives are nothing but pro-suffering and pro-destruction.

It's certainly a tasteless joke, but all using it to accuse what's her name of fascism accomplishes is to validate folks' TPC (Trump Persecution Complex...sorry T-Hawk couldn't resist). An article in The Economist posited that the media's frenzied attacks on Trump have done just that. There are plenty of straightforward points to make that don't require misinterpretation or exaggeration; we should focus on those.
