This game idea seems very interesting. Any team without a dedlurker still? I could hop in as a supporting lurker, since I'm not that familiar with CtH.

Sorry guys, have a busy day today and still need to reorganise my system to install civ... I'll do it asap but will need a moment. Choices already narrowed down but need to check a couple of things since I'm not familiar even with the basic game mechanics.

Banning map trading has always struck me as weird as it is not a factor for well over 100 turns, and also you have the ability to simply reject all map trades. lol


In general it's best practice not to fiddle with settings once picks have begun, though Map Trading is a low impact one that generally does not impact civ/leader picks. So probably not a huge deal if it gets changed, but I would suggest a higher bar than simple majority is probably good for changes.

I'm generally easy on map trading, but in this case I could support a ban because discovery of the map seems to be an integral part of this scenario and getting a big chunk in one go (even if you have been diligently scouting) could be anticlimactic maybe?
