It's still too soon to make any predictions about city locations, but I like that we saw another fur, a grassland (!) marble, and a grassland riverside pig. Also, a riverside wine.

I just realized we also had a forest grow 2N of the capital. That's both good (more hammers jive) but also a bit of a challenge, as we were planning to farm that before BW in our micro plans. We'll have to either have the worker have to take an extra turn moving to farm the other river-grass, or do something else until BW. I'll try to get a new micro plan up before we finish the worker.

I don't know if I mentioned this, but that happened in almost all of my sandbox games. The only time it didn't grow a forest was when it grew a jungle. So no complaints from me, although it isn't the ideal tile for a forest.

What do you think, SE-SW over the next two turns?

My sandbox always had it grow 1S. Probably it's just because the RNG stayed the same all the time.

And I agree with SE-SW.

Turn played. Nothing much new, just another riverside grassland revealed. This is good terrain for a financial civ, methinks.

4 turns to our warrior completing. And 5 turns to Agriculture.

T8 Played. That river seems to give us several viable options for city sites down the line. What do you think of SE-S over the next two turns?

In the event the wolf attacks, I would be inclined to keep moving on high ground unless we get knocked below about 1.4/2 health. What do you think?

SE-S sounds fine. If the wolf attacks, I'd just heal and then go SE-S.

Looks like there is coast (or another lake that has 2 rivers running into it) to the NW.

Wolf did battle with warrior, so I decided to sit on the forested hill for a couple of turns and heal up. Worker now due in two turns, then we can start having some real fun.

Also, it appears as though Inca went quechua-first. Last turn they gained two points, and this turn their score went from 30-36. There is now a two-pop city out there, as evidenced in the demographics screen. Considering they took Joao of Inca, they could either go max growth or early rush/choke. I just hope we aren't their neighbors!

Is there any way at this stage of the game to tell if they have met anyone else in-game?
