I happened to check at precisely the right time, so we had the save for 1 whole minute before I played it!
Move Till along the southern coast, but didn't see anything interesting enough to warrant a screenshot. Demos have several changes, however:
Rival best crop yield is up, so somebody finished a tile improvement. I thought the number shown represented total food (ours is 5, for example: 2 from capital + 3 from flood plains), but the new rival best is 11... and that doesn't really compute to me. Farming wheat, or even pasturing pigs should only get them to 7 or 8. I guess Ranamar could have finished his worker earlier than us, and completed an improvement on the same turn he grew to size 2. Capital + Flood plains + grass pigs = 11 food. What's your take on that Yuri?
Also, Rival best gnp and rival average gnp dropped a point. Rival best soldiers moves up 2k (8->10) and rival average soldiers rises 1750 (6500->8250). Somebody gained a population point. Again I'll assume this is Ranamar. Given there's only 1 population improvement and it's only 2 turns ahead of us, I think every single team (even Commodore) opened worker first. This is Realms Beyond, so I'm not to surprised by that.
Sorry for the wall of numbers. Hopefully Yuri can make better sense of it than me. I have another wedding (yes, seriously) to go to tomorrow, so I won't be checking in 'til late tomorrow night.

Thanks Maestro! I have to confess I'm lost
1. Everyone got a +6 score increase = a tech this turn
2. MNG was researching a tech with a pre-req, I can't figure out how he could be at 21GNP otherwise
So, which tech with a pre-req could he research in 4 turns???
Will try to solve it during the day
In other news - Ranamar's score increase was +8, not +6 - I guess these extra +2 come from growth. Someone did grow to size 2, as the demos indicate; and from the scores, it could only be Ranamar. It's consistent with his 6/0/1 tile too: finish Worker at the end of T6, 3 turns of growth on a 3/0/1 tile, 1 turn on a 6/0/1 tile, total 15 food = growth at the end of T10

OK, I figured it out. I forgot that with a Hunting start, Commodore was researching AH with two pre-reqs, and therefore also had a 21 GNP
Ranamar's +8 score increase was just growth, no tech. GES and MNG both researched Mining, as well as we did. Commodore finished AH
Tech at the end of T10:
Commodore - Hunting, Mysticism, Agri, AH
MNG - Agri, Wheel, AH, Mining
Ranamar - Mining, Wheel, Agri, +another tech coming, AH next turn or BW on T12
GES - Agri, Wheel, AH, Mining
We - Agri, Wheel, AH, Mining

Maestro, you should have access. I can also open it to lurkers, if you promise not to laugh at my mistakes too hard Just tell me you GMail account

While I was trying to make sense of the numbers, T11 arrived. GES and MNG grew to size 2; Commodore and we are the only ones still at size 1 Ranamar finished a tech, I'm almost sure it's AH, but will need to stare at the figures again to confirm. Research to BW, pasture finished, no scouting news

I wonder about the conclusion that Commodore and we are the only teams at size 2. Rival best is 6000 (which is size 2), and rival average is 2250. 2250 *4 = 9000, which has to mean 6000 + 1000 + 1000 + 1000.
We can pull a similar trick with the Soldier count. Best is 10k, average 8.25k, worst is 4k. 8.25 * 4 = 33k. Subtracting out the values we know: 33k - 10k - 4k = 19k for the two middle opponents. Since best is 10k, then the 19k has to break down to 10k + 9k. So that means our opponents' soldiers values have to be 10k - 10k - 9k - 4k. As to how those numbers break down, I'm not sure. I'll try to look at it later tonight.

Huh, I didn't post the demos from T11, didn't expect you to be online this morning I hope to get T12 in a few hours, and will post demos then. But the numbers did grow last turn, and match my latest conclusions

Looks like I'm not getting T12 today, so here are T11 demos (before our pasture is finished)
I expect GES and MNG to finish a Warrior next turn (and we will too). Ranamar will probably go into 4 hammers config again for the 2nd Worker, assuming he wants one. No other demo changes expected next turn
Re the tiles, Ranamar definitely has a 6/0/1 tile with a farm (he improved it before he discovered AH), so wet corn. GES and MNG also have a 6/0/1 or 5/0/1 tile, they needed a 5 food tile to grow this turn. If it's a farmable resource, it has to be next to the city, otherwise they couldn't finish improving it this turn
If the save comes tonight and you're around, it's all yours

Ahh, your inferences make much more sense now that I see the numbers you were looking at. Being one of the last to grow is unfortunate, but we have several decent hybrid tiles. The limiting factor for us is research, not food or production, so hopefully we're still in the running for Oracle.
And yeah, I snuck a quick login this morning before the wedding.
On a semi-related note, do you know of a good link that describes all the different research bonuses? I'm under the impression that number of players, size of map, difficulty, etc. can affect the "other people already know this" bonus, and I don't know specifically the effects of prereqs. I tried googling around for a bit (and will continue to do so tonight), but I didn't find much.

Round 2 of googling pulled up a strong result right away. What the heck was I searching for before? http://www.civfanatics.com/civ4/strategy...search.php
If I'm reading that correctly, we get a 6% increase for each opponent that knows a tech. So running into Commodore before we start Mysticism would be nice

T12 - demos changed as expected. MNG got a land increase (3rd ring). Worker (who is now named Philipp Galkin after my former boss, our music durector) finished the road NW of the capital, will start farming the wheat next turn. No scouting news
First signs of barb activity - a lion appeared NE of Ultra. Our second Warrior is going to scout that area, let's hope that lion won't be his demise
