I like the spot 2E from the top right Corn tile. Two good food tiles that can be borrowed from the capital when it is not working them. I'm going to hazard that at least one strategic resource is located there.

Hmm, I forgot you're PHI, so a lot of overlap isn't that bad.

The PH is 4 tiles of overlap instead of 2, but it's not visible in my most recent screenshot. Monarch difficulty, must check world wrap.

I finished Agri, and Plako's already popped a tech. I popped my hut (the wolf didn't attack my warrior on a forest), and got...a map. Granted, it's a comprehensive map of the NE, so it's useful scouting into the tundra wastelands, but I'd still rather have almost anything else. Except barbs, but I think I'm too close to the capital for barbs to spawn?
