If I'm reading that correctly, you propose 1 Worker and 2 Settlers?
Is the objective is to find the plan that leads to 3 cities the soonest? Sure, I'll fire up a sandbox when I find the time. To create a sandbox, roll a Standard Continents map with the Torodial/Prince settings, set the land to all Oceans, then edit the starting position to match what we have defogged, right?
The current assumption is that the second city will be the plains hill/fish/rice/sheep spot.

A good goal is to aim for 3 cities by turn 30 on quick speed. The objective is the strongest position possible. This aims to have 3 cities and 2 workers on turn 30. However, that's ignoring builds from the early second and third cities. Worker first in second city isn't always too bad.
Ran two sims, nothing extensive yet, but decided to post my findings. Both were played out to T30.
In short, both games achieved approximately the same result, Makemake settled T31. The main difference is that the chopping game has 3 Workers while the whipping game has 2, the chopping game will have a third settler coming out soon, and the whipping game already has Haumea's Clams ready.
Game 1: Chop Chop
I went Agriculture-Bronze Working-Animal Husbandry and Worker-Worker. Bronze Working came in T15, but was 115/116 T14. I farmed the Corn, then moved the Worker to the west and started chopping. The second Worker came out T15, both chopped out a settler for Haumea, then farmed Haumea's Rice before the city was settled. I chopped out a Settler from Haumea while building a Worker in Pluto at Size 1. Makemake was settled this turn, could have been settled 1NE to get Clams first ring if desired. Another Settler is coming out of Pluto soon.
Game 2: Whip Whip
I went Agriculture-Animal Husbandry-Bronze Working and Worker-Settler. Not building a second Worker was definitely the right move, as it would have almost nothing to do. Farmed the Corn, then pasturized the Cows, which came in exactly as Pluto hit Size 2. I slow-built the Settler, in the meantime farming Haumea's Rice. I chopped a Worker out of Haumea, who then chopped a Work Boat, all while Pluto two-pop whipped the Settler. Makemake will be settled next turn (or settled this turn if I go with the 1SW spot), and the Clams at Haumea will be netted next turn.
I'm sure there's a lot to be done here, but I felt it would be good to post what I have currently. I honestly still like the chopping plan better. Farming Haumea's Rice before the city itself is settled is a pretty big deal.
Agriculture came in at the end of the turn, meaning we'll need to decide what's our next tech, preferably before the save rolls in in about 6 hours. I vote Bronze Working.
On a sillier note, I had the idea to name the cities after Ceres after the dwarf planets' moons, so we get Charon, Nix, Hydra, Hi'iaka, Namaka, Dysnomia, then the asteroids.
Animal Husbandry is much stronger in my view. Food is king in BTS. Trust me one this one. Out of your two sims, your initial plan was stronger- I agree; however, let me see what I can achieve with it tommorow.
Im currently on a stag do, just quickly popped home to take a shower after finishing paintballing before going back out. I'll run the sims tommorow. I'm convinced AH first is strongest, but it requires growing the capital to size 2 to utilise this best as per my plan previously.
You'll be taking the turn, but I put a very strong vote on AH and warrior second. You'll have evidence tommorow of why this is better, I promise.
Ran 3 more Sims. First was chopping like nuts second was settler at size 1 third was grow to size 2 then settler. Second was clearly inferior so I throw that out. 3 and 5 were about this same makemake settled t30 third settler ready t35 ish.
3 had workers sooner and has haumea at size 3 ready to crank workers settlers with 11 food surplus. 5 has mo 're warriors and 3rd settler done a little sooner.
Fuller writeup later. They're about the same. Still vote bw.
T6 Agriculture
T8 Worker - Swap to Worker
T12 Corn done
T15 Chop completed, Worker done
T18-19 Chops come in, farm Rice
T20 Settler done, queue Worker
T22 Haumea settled, chop for Haumea finished, Rice farmed, Animal Husbandry
T25 Worker done, Pasture cows at Pluto, chop at Haumea, Settler in Pluto
T27 The Wheel, Chop completes, Pasture completes, Sheep pastured at Haumea
T28 Settler done at Haumea
T31 Makemake settled
T32 Haumea Work Boat done, Pottery, start chop at Haumea
T34 Settler done at Pluto
I chopped out a Settler at Pluto, then chopped out another one at Haumea while Pluto built a Worker. I then chopped out a Work Boat at Haumea while Pluto built a Settler. Settler completed T34 with 3 Workers and only 2 Warriors.
Game 5: Size 1 Settler
Same as Game 3 up to T8
T8 Queue Settler in Pluto
T13 AH
T18 Settler done, grow to Size 2
T21 Size 2, swap to Settler, Haumea settled
T22 Bronze Working
T23 Pasture start at Haumea (?)
T26 Worker at Haumea, Pasture done at Haumea
T27 Settler done at Pluto, grow to Size 4
T31 WB done at Haumea Queue Worker
T32 Size 4, swap to Settler
T34 Whip Settler
My notes are sparse for this one. I went Agriculture-Animal Husbandry-Bronze Working. I built a Settler immediately after the Worker finished and settled Haumea T21. I then grew to Size 2 and built another one, then grew to Size 4 and whipped a third one.
Game 6: Size 2 Settler
T36
T8 Worker done, grow to Size 2
T12 Corn farmed
T13 AH, Size 2, swap to Settler
T15 Cows pastured
T19 Settler done, start growing
T21 Haumea settled, queue Worker
T22 Bronze Working, revolt to Slavery
T23 Start chopping at Haumea
T24 Grow to Size 4, swap to Settler
T26 Worker done, send to Makemake
T27 The Wheel, Settler done, queue Worker
T30 Worker done, starts chopping, regrow
T31 Whip WB at Haumea
T33 Pottery
T35 Whip Settler
I built a Worker, grew to Size 2, then built a Settler. I built a Worker first in Haumea and grew to Size 4 to whip a Settler in Pluto. After the Settler finished, I built a Worker, then regrew, then whipped another Settler. This game actually has 4 Workers.
I shifted Makemake 1E after I found forests to the east. The games are strikingly similar, Haumea settled around T20, Makemake settled around T30, and the Settler for Eris done around T35. Haumea up to speed at around T30 and Makemake up to speed just a little after T35. I'm still not convinced that AH is necessarily better than BW, they seem about the same.
