Let's focus everything on cramming as many units in there as possible, for now. Can we use chariots and scouts to absorb collateral damage?
If you know what I mean.

Is our iron hooked, btw? And wines next turn? We'll lose gold soon - next turn if Gillette have any guerilla II units.
I have to run.

Those Knights are hard to manage. We can't leave BM totally empty because of them. I think I'll draft WIFOM once more, whip the Castle and draft BM and WR next turn and then Caipirinha the turn after that. We should get ~20 maces inside WIFOM on T143. We need to run nationhood extra round/rounds (I haven't yet drafted near TEAM border). Probably on T143 is time to convert to vassalage+HR.

Going through Gillette's power again, seeing what can be Beserkers/Knights/Cats/Longbows/Pikes. Nothing particularly new in this post, but having done the thinking I thought I'd share it & if I've messed up then hopefully someone else will spot it
I hope the table makes enough sense I get the same sorts of numbers out, thankfully - 33 total is the max possible of B+K (if they haven't upgraded stuff). After Gillette moved on T141: On plako's screenshot we see 6 Knights and 11 Beserkers in the stack. Plus the extras that plako saw them adding (not sure if you meant 2 of each, or 2 more units plako?). Plus a (newborn?) Knight off to the NW. So that's 20 or 22 out of the potential 33 visible. Which does leave us 11 or 13 potentially on the boats, so I don't think we can safely ignore them Staring at the screenshots - it also doesn't look like any of them have promotions, except the Beserkers & I'd guess that's the "can boat cities" one? And nothing glowing blue either, except the Knight off on its own.

They added 2 Berserkers and 2 Knights to stack against WIFOM. They've sizeable force in the boats, but I think we can safely move 1-2 defender out from OTR to be used elsewhere. There cant be full 16 Berserkers/Knights there.

Ok, so that's 22 visible - or was one of those Knights the one from the NW? Either way, I think that's 11 or 12 in the boats max. So yeah, you're right.
