I've set up my network as best as I can, with the knowledge I have, based on the ISP I use. To cite Speaker, who has far more MP and Pitboss experience than I do: "Connectivity issues have been present in Civ4 MP since day 1. Some players, even with all appropriate ports open and firewalls disabled, simply can't connect to each other."

I actually liked the 'compare / contrast' between the two 'complains'. One from kjn and one from 2metric.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

And if you want snark, ruff, i'd suggest posting the weather forecast for plovdiv tomorrow
