Turn 1 : so I decided to settle 2s position the more I looked at it the more I liked it I guess :P. Moved my warrior towards the city and my scout more west. I wanted to see how the land to my west looked like and behold more jungle. We basically settle the middle between both lands. I started working the cow’s stile and building a worker. My reasoning was that agriculture takes 13 turns and a worker 15 so I can start to get him working the second he is out. I don’t like farming a tile like cows because I don’t get the resource but you guys said that it’s nearly the same output anyway.

Turn 2: nothing much, It asked me to change civics but I already had nationhood on so didn’t consider that at all. Scout walking through jungle probably to his doom.

Turn 3: I completely forgot about stasis. I think I am probably going to pop it once my city is working the gold most of its tiles and a second city is up? Nothing new from the scout.

Turn 4: the Bannor and they love me :0

Turn 4 .5: the coast is above me.

Turn 5: what does this mean?

Turn 8: a lot of potential city spots have appeared. 1 of them is on the river and has access to plains with 3 foods and 1 commerce. The other one has access to a food tile + marble (Bone palace? ) + Incense, but it has no other source of food I think.

Turn 9: I met lions , I met another group of people who love me . Also, got some gold from a tribal village pretty cool! :P ... scratch that 2 lions.. Death of the scout incoming.

Turn 10: one lion down. Decided to give him guerilla since it gave him 40 % extra defense and a lot more than the woodsman bonus. I think that might give him a survival chance.

Turn 11: and... The Bannor saved him :P ha-ha , I thought they hated me D:

Turn 14: The scout is back up and healed, I popped agriculture and going to go for calendar next.

Turn 15: well two bad realizations happened. Amurites North east of me but no to bad I just need to take the marble from them BUT the elves settled south of me. They are asking for priests of winters to kill them..... Bloody elves always evil. Where’s my magma? D:

Turn 16: the worker is out and is farming the cows. Probably not going to even rood that due to the resource not mattering. I am also working that sugar tile and started my warrior production probably going to build 4 per city? I remember asking Tasunke and he said that’s a good number for defense time. I changed to sugar due to an extra 1 commerce from it over the cows for now.

Well thats the first batch of them done. Do you like this setup ? or do you want more turns with less screens. I wanted to upload only this set first to see if you guys like it this way.

About stasis GA, remember you can switch civics without anarcy while in a golden age. So you might save it for switching. Into agrarism for one, mabye apprenticeship/godking or something.

Turn 21: Worker finished working the cows; I am going to switch from the sugar to the cows. I moved 1nw of the cows and started building a road towards the sugar.

Turn 24: scout killed a lizard man. Going to give him woodsman to make him unkillable! While scouting.

Turn 26: I still don’t have calendar so I am going to rood to the other sugar in order not to waste time. Population increased working the sugar + the cow in the city.

Turn 28: another population growth and now I’m working all 3 food tiles. I saw a fort which made me wonder what’s the rule is for you guys with popping lairs.

Turn 29: warrior complete . Going to go for 2 more warriors before working on a settler.

Turn 32: another population point and decided to post a picture of the city screen. only option is between the 2 food 1 hammer and 2 food 1 commerce. I think the hammer to build stuff faster?

Turn 34: The map got centered. Finished teching calendar. going to start working on the plantations now. I am going to wait to aristocracy to change the civic i guess? Not really sure. I am going for crafting now.

Turn 35: I feel pretty trapped to be fairly honest.

Turn 36: an event which is going to make me stop to ask questions ha-ha... Which should I choose? And why? I was thinking commerce since this is going to be a food resource anyways and I have a ton of food tiles around this city.

Food first. You should build farms, not roads. Try to replay this building farms.

why? roads and then the plantations . I am gonna need to connect the plantatiosn either way.

You don't need more happiness, you need more food to grow faster. So build farms, switch to agrarianism, build second worker, then settler.

I dont understand that I am sorry. So basically you want me to farm those tiles ? to later demolish them ? and why a second worker? after I have four warriors il build the settler . nothing that needs two workers to be fairly honest untill the second city.

edit : also the anarchy from switching civics ? is that worth it ?
