Moving the deadline would be a bad idea.

Asking them about moving the deadline would also be a bad idea.

Tempting though it may be, it's not really the GM's role to engage with the players to encourage discussion. (With majority votes it would be different, then the GM would eventually need to take some kind of action, such as prodding people to post or imposing a deadline.)
If you know what I mean.

Agreed with zakalwe. If they really want to resolve early, they can post that desire without prompting. 'I don't see any further discussion being of use, I've locked my vote in and we can resolve whenever everyone else does too'.

Oh, I'm with you guys. There is no way that me pushing for an early res wouldn't impact the game. It could be taken as a cue they are on the right track, for instance, which could stop a possible future change, or could screw with long term plans by someone. Just asking influences the game heavily.

Allright, last writeups are down. Assuming no one changes their mind.

If they did would you just swap the names around, or start again from scratch?

That would be telling.

I'm not telling.

And, FWIW, that would depend on who changed their mind wouldn't it?

I want people to not know who wins yet :P

Losing your net at resolution time blows. I totally planned on stringing them along longer than this, but now it's already 18 mins late :/ Damn comcast.
