Well I have run some sims and yeah looks like wb first is the best option though it still need more tries. By tomorrow I should have a definitely answer on my part.

Going taller really early is not a good idea, especailly without EXP/IMP/PRO. Without a granary it takes too long, the expenses go too high and no bonus for settlers or workers means that there sill take too long to slow build.

We probabbly want to grow to size 4-5 nad keep one whipping.

I think that with the lack of IND we could try to aim for the GLH. The main competition will probably be Gavagai, but in this big games the extra trade route is huge.

Have you had some time to make a sim Ichabod?

I think that wb-worker-grow3-worker-settler is pretty good. The best I can get so far is the settler in T31.

I think that worker first may have more worker turns in exchange for some commerce (18 comerce) but with the same results.

No sims yet, will do some in the weekend.

Or we can go with what you have. I don't I can improve much on the turn one decision. It'll be hard to decide if the worker turns or the commerce will be worth more without exploring the map and we can't do that on turn 1. If we are going for 2 workers before settler, I think the commerce is probably better (those early worker turns would end up being mined tiles, which isn't key).

So, I guess WB first.

Can you log in the game? If you can, go ahead and settle the city. I still need to download the mod and do the natneg whatever thing... shhh

I think we should follow the river, but there're rivers going everywhere. lol

I think we should go SE, then circle around SW, to reveal the land near the corn, which is the most likely place for a second city. Then, we keep going north.

Or we go N first, because then we'll end up SE after circlng around the Capital, and there seems to be more land around there.

Or, we move the scout 2W to the hill, so we can see if settling inland is better than on the coast!

I think that wb - grow2 - worker - worker - grow3 - settler - granary by T32 with a warrior trow in the mix is the best I can get.

I actully think going 2E to see if settling inland would be any good is our best option. Even if it means "losing" a scout turn and the chance to make your sims useless. neenerneener

Move the scout. I think that without new food in sight settling in place is probably the best option, what do you think?
