LP, why not limit your logins to 3 per day, hmm?
Lies this game was never meant to be light hearted or fun. Also that's not really fair to impose a restriction on just him unless you're going ot make a rule for everyone.
Also, you guys should play as ruthlessly as possible or else you are playing with a mental handicap. There's no good/evil ending in this game.

I know sunrise hasn't played yet (and don't know when he plans to), but someone may need to log in to end TT's turn again. Otherwise it will probably unnecessarily hold up the game, when I think it's safe to assume he's simply fortifying stacks of troops in the city for the eventual Showdown at the O.K. Corral.

SevenSpirits Wrote:Sigh, just talk to Commodore or read some other games here before you decide to attack someone with slavery and tech parity, yeah? Especially in the ancient/classical era? All that will happen is the other 14 players profit from our mutual pain.
Those passes have got to be the most defensible border I've ever seen. I wrote a whole bunch here and then deleted it because it's really that simple. The pass is never going to be a good attack path. Even late game ocean paths are better.
I guess you can settle past the mountains if you want, but be aware that you'd be settling next to our core, and you wouldn't be able to hold them very long. So I suggest you don't.
Sigh, Seven, you're absolutely right about the suicidal-ness of ancient and classical-era wars, but Please try to be a touch Less condescending. SAber rattling aside, we're not idjits.
And as for settling, though...I'll be franK, we need the furs. TO quote someone very good at the game, attacking us at tech parity while we're in slavery just profits the other 14. So why don't we just plunk down our cities where we chose, Build Our dirt-cheap walls, And fill 'em wiTh Drill 1, CG3 archers, THEn Make nice in safety.

I think the horse is dead. It doesn't need any more beating. Even though beating it could be quite fun.

But thanks for deleting whatever you first wrote, you made your post simple enough that I could understand it.
Sorry for being condescending. FWIW that's why I deleted stuff, certainly not because I didn't think you'd understand it.

![[Image: popcorn.gif]](http://forums.civfanatics.com/images/smilies/popcorn.gif) . Seriously, this game is pure ![[Image: popcorn.gif]](http://forums.civfanatics.com/images/smilies/popcorn.gif) . All games should have an "all diplo in one public thread" rule.
