Almost nothing to do with it, only indirect in the sense that we did not attacked Dtay in the back while he was deep in Comm's territory. I took one island city from Commodore though. I hope he did not expected/relied on us doing a serious job with Dtay when he attacked him, would had been disappointing for him otherwise.

My bad luck with civ is really annoying. Last night in another game I needed to win 2 90% battles and a 56% one for psychological and tactical reasons. Guess what? I lost the very first 90% Now, I was hoping for anything else than a Great Spy like 2%) and a merchant (5%) and of course we got a GM I know, luck is the loser's excuse, but sometimes it is annoying.

oh, hey, glad you are still around. And yes, dtay went after us full power, but I had idea this is coming and got small, but sweet victory. He is out of the competition for the win and either wants to have some fun with all this army, or is coming to take revenge on us for all we did to him through the game.

Well that's exactly what he did in PB18, so not terribly surprising. At least he & we get to have some fun while the other teams decide the victor!
