"Toll" allows me to read every second letter of a players ability when it is used first on a given night.
Essentially my position in the bell tower allows me to exact my toll while the plans of others are being executed.
For example: Fenn, when targeted night 2, used *e*e*d *l*y*r which is clearly defend player.
It is important not to conflate "Toll" and the "Troll" ability. One Gazglum seems to be employing at will.

Night one I used the "for whom" ability (YOLO) and succeeded but was unable to kill novice (Vampires immune at night I suppose?)

sorry, I should have clarified, first is just if a person can use two actions a night I see the first one used.
