I typically find that siblings are more critical and less trusting of each other. I would take anything that someone's sibling said with less salt that normal. That is, unless they were my sibling ... in which case they are a bunch of no-good, low-down cheating liars.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

In case you are wondering what I was talking about your post directly lead to GL cancelling the gold-gift and so was as least as bad. Even asking, combined with the large number of posts here, is the same as saying "STOP GIVING GOLD LOSER!!!!"* so he stopped gold gifting and that's why I decided to prod TBS to prevent that from happening. The only other option was to do nothing which was the best option but I knew it was only a matter of time before someone did something. I probably should have posted something here about asking GL directly would influence the game even through someone would give into temptation anyway.
*I'm exaggerating here.

If Joey still wanted to give gold, do you really think my post asking him about it and a bunch of lurkers gossiping privately would make him? I neither made, nor tried to make, a material difference to the game. You, on the other hand, consciously attempted to alter the game (by what you've said here). Wtf? Why would anyone do that?

GL said directly that he knew the lurkers where whining about the gold-gift because your post and the large amount of posts here. This is similar where it got leaked to a different team that they were in a settler race with RB. It's not possible to ask without influencing the game. I called this before you posted in GL's thread. Now, I initially read that GL cancelled because of the lurkers but I've reread and his statement is ambiguous. One interest payment doesn't seem enough to be worth bothering with so he probably did cancel because of you but I wouldn't have been arrogant about it. My plan was to get TBS to "ask" for us to prevent that; the best plan would be to not say anything at all but I knew someone would give into temptation and ask GL. It's kinda of pointless to argue until the game is over and we can ask GL if he cancelled because of you so let's not.

We it looks like we need to talk about artist gifting. If it's not a flat-out gift it's okay with all the BS this game has had. If it's a flat-out gift.  I think, the game would probably have to be called or GL's gift should be accepted. If it's not accepted then all gifts would have to be banned because of the lack of ability to make it discrete between an okay gold gift of 1gpt and an unacceptable gold gift of 1000gpt. But if that's the case the game is a total farce because of all the pervious gifting and should be called.
Edit: It looks like the artist was brought. If BGN starts to freak out we have to tell him but I won't do anything myself.
Edit2: BGN has figured out that he can check if the artist was brought so the above won't happen.

I'm probably just sleepy and have a history of misspelling names. I made an effort to correct this after realizing it's very annoying during werewolf games but sometimes it still happens.
