Serdoa, have you compared novice's latest villager game (not the old-times mysterious novice) with this game. I think his villager game is easily recognizable and IMO it's totally different here.

I was suffering from depression due to a bunch of stuff happening ..shit excuse but I am greatly sorry just gimme a day to catch up since I have some uni stuff to catch up on aswell. I didn't suspect you day 1 novice, but Day 2 has just been super scummy. Looking back on Day 1 in conjunction with today looks bad too.

The thing I'm not clear on is if you were so sure that Ichabod was innocent Day 1, and now you're voting for him today. Why did you have him in your village list when you did a big list of everyone alive? And then why soon after did you vote Ichabod? Your reason for voting Ichabod is:

Yeah you said clearly that you didn't find him[Gaz] suspicious anymore. What I'm wondering though is what you found so condemning at the time that you stated boldly that you would get him lynched for it on day 2.

That's it. That's all I can find about why you voted for Ichabod after defending him Day 1 and then putting him in your village list.

Well I want Ichabod to answer that question, and I figured I could put my vote on him while I was sleeping to encourage him to do that. Ichabod just crazyeyed away my question though. Like I told Bigger I wasn't sure where to put my vote so I wanted to see what happened.

Lesson learned: I should stop doing things on impulse that I should realize would be construed as scummy. I'll try to remember that until next game.

Given that scum has already lost 2 I wouldn't be too surprised if Jkaen remembers that he is anti-town when his momory comes back.

I cant see how having a high hit rate on scum means I am likely to be scum, surely me being village gives you a better chance to hit scum

Oh come on do you all really think this was such an elaborate setup? Lets think this through. For this to work if this was a scum plan

1) I have to be scum, to make the tasunke post to get him to the top of the lynch list so meiz can shoot him.
2) meiz would have to be scum, so he could shoot tasunke

So that would mean 4 scum = gaspar, tasunke, meiz, and myself. And that we willingly

1) kill one of our own people who is suspicious
2) be the ones who bring him up to be under suspicion in the first place so we can do it
3) accepting that we'd lose 2 of our scum teammates before the second lynch
4) killed tasunkes chance at being an arsonist, there's no way in hell he'd allow that

Now, I know I'm not scum, and all that is preposterous. So what If meiz was scum and I wasn't

1) he would have had to make a crack decision to kill tasunke to gain cover when I accused him
2) there would be a "every man for himself" mentality among the wolves.
3) meiz would be catapulting himself back into the spotlight after weaseling out of it.

Possible, but highly unlikely. The best advantage is trading his life for tasunkes, but meiz wasn't ever in mortal danger anyways. I could see him doing this, but if so I think it was a very stupid decision.

Plus if you consider the meta; giving a wolf a day kill? That reeks of imbalance. So does an SK having it. A survivor could have it, but they win with village anyways so that's not something to be scared of, and of course village is fine.

So I'm just not really seeing this case on the Meiz conspiricy being valid. It feels more crazy than Nerve Stapling ever was.

I don't think that logic holds. I think it's easier for us to hit 2 out of 4 people knowingly playing as scum than 2 out of 3.

Only if our hits are random which Tasunke was clearly not. Maybe they were only 3 and with GAspar gone there was noone left to reign in Tas or at least give him hints.

But that aside I was rather thinking: Maybe Uberfish left Jkaens-role unclear so that he can rebalance on the fly (If the scum lose members very fast they get Jkaen as help OTOH if the village loses them fast he returns as villager).

Another speculation is also that maybe Gaspar agreed to play scum as long as he dies night1 and scum gets Jkaen as replacement.

Don't believe uberfish would ever plan a game he tweaks midway through. Plus thats a few posts now you seem to try to be planting the idea that I must/will flip scum when I get my memory back

I could also support a policy lynch on jkaen. something about someone not even knowing if they are village yet on day 2 scares me.

I REALLY don't think a scum will day vig another scum. I think the idea that Meiz is scum is ridiculous (Unless he is SK). I mean buss them, sure, that way you at least waste a lynch and a day. But to just kill scum just like that in the middle of the day, early even, and allow the village more time to regroup, reevaluate and make an even better informed lynch decision? That's hugely pro-town.

Good post here, I was thinking Meiz could well be cover, but why give us a free lynch at this point of the game if so

And some comments while you stay amazed by my counting-skills and don't care about the old man babbling wise words to the world:

I still find it annoying that none of the accusers could step up themselves and summarize the case, btw.

Posting a longer post, including quotes (and cutting them to the interesting parts even if it cuts a 'joke'), finding the right words and trying to make as little mistakes as possible is a time-consuming work for me. Sometimes up to40 minutes. I have no intention to do this work and later do it again and again and again to summarize and repeat just because someone is too lazy to go look for it. Especially with the wonderfull scraper (Thanks waterbat) it isn't too hard to find them.

Why not? I gained massive villager points on my wolf game, where I voted Matt early, at a time when it makes no sense for wolf to do. Novice would be aware how well it worked, he had me listed as villager too.

Totally random: I see a lot of people complaining on Navi's "Listen" "Look out!" "Watch out!" etc. but I think he's so cute!
