That city is staving and losing 3GPPs per turn.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Yeah, I didn't bother to calculate the real great person gestation period from the report on T261, but at that time whatever it was it would have been in time to help with the victory condition up until Joey popped the engineer to increment the GP counter. As the game is now inside 10 turns to completion (barring outside intervention into either TBS's or OH's efforts) this artist can't complete in time since there's no way to speed its appearance.

T268 would have put it at EXACTLY 1000 EPs after allowing for staving ... but, yes, not an issue now.

We should tell about the "player 1 wins" issue if they ask directly.
I would guess OH will be happy to share the draw if the win happens on the same time. So possible results of TBS going legendary:
1. eot 273 or being TBS wins
2. eot 274 draw
3. eot 275 or later OH wins
I would like to point out that it Civ3 you could raze own roads.

Krill has the artist there as a threat, as he's mentioned elsewhere.

Oh and to make sure this little gem doesn't get lost:
TBS Wrote:...
I noticed earlier in the game that you can catch the lurker civs Great Spies with your workers in the domestic tab, as suspected it works for normal spies too.

Any idea how that works?

From what I saw when I was still alive, if you had a worker or some other domestic unit (like your spy) on the same tile as an enemy great spy (or, apparently, regular spy), you could see the enemy's unit icon on the zoomed out map if you selected the domestic view. I don't know if that would work for other invisible units, haven't tested it, and haven't read through all of BGN's thread to see what he wrote about it.
Edit: I reread what I wrote after posting and am deciding it isn't exactly coherent. A bit too inebriated to think of a better way to say it though. Uh...zoom out, select domestic, and see if your workers/spies are standing on the other guy's?
