The only thing I have just thought of is this:

In terms of pools - they are ok but maybe we should get everyone to declare their playing window and see if the pools are compatible with it - or that we should shuffle them to make them more compatible?

@TT: Good idea. But we should also take the preferences into account. Depending on the last two it seems we would have one group with huts and events and one without.

edit: What I mean is: It would be good to know the playing windows, but depending on the last two it might be that it would be better to put the people together depending on there preferences instead of if there playing windows match best.

I have overlooked dazedroyaltys posting some pages ago re huts and events. Updated now, also with TTs preferences. AW and CTON was said by some already but I would rather not go through the whole thread again to find that out. Easier you repost it (well, for me at least).

Not sure when I voted for passive spying? I don't really have a preference here and would be happy with active spying so long as the anarchy causing missions are banned...this would allow another method to catch up if you fall behind in tech in a NTT game. Still I'm not bothered really either way, so if majority goes passive, passive is OK.

Agree here. Let's put people in groups based on preferences rather than times. We'll work the times (and order) out afterwards. It's more important to get people playing the game they want to play.

It sounds like pretty much everyone will be in favor of a normal game (NOT AW or CTON) so we can probably let that rest for now. TT raised a good point about playing windows... Let's do it this way:

Playing window: 5pm -> midnight EST
Huts: Flexible
Events: Flexible
Espionage: Passive only, but can live with active

If you have a strong preference on huts or events, you would note it above. We'll try to separate those who have strong preferences, so we can adjust the pools if need be. We'll also adjust them if we need to based on playing window. You generally want to go east to west (with the sun), so the general order is:

-early playing window in Europe (or east of Europe if someone's in Asia/Oceania/etc)
-late playing window in Europe
-early playing window in U.S.
-late playing window in U.S. (like west coast)
