I have marked another potential 2nd city site to pick up the gold on the PH 1W of the raw mana node.

It is a pure commerce site with plenty of FP's and the gold. We can settle both sites of course. We need more map info in general before making any firm decisions of course.

Glancing at the scores it looks like Krill popped another tech getting 22pts. he either popped an 11 pointer and researched one or popped a 22 pointer.
