Plant a filler on the deer eventually? We should really get some cheap way to pop borders.

Definitely should grab the copper somehow eventually. I don't like planting on the deer, but I also don't see us getting Hunting anytime soon, and I don't see a better spot. So maybe it's the least bad way to get the copper.
I like Empy for these civs, but that's a long way away. Maybe it'll be worth grabbing Drama.

Tech thread post should have been here:

In other news...I'm growing Longsword one more size (thanks to Kilmorph), then I think I'll aim to pump out one last settler before full speed ahead on stables/horsemen. After I have the first wave of horses out, I may go for some more cities, but priority number one is to get intelligence and start harrassing.
Also, I see we've nearly got a road connection, I will definitely send my wheat your way when that comes in. And possibly the cow as well, as soon as it's improved.
Thanks, Thoth, for the quick reply that drew my attention to that mistake. At least I didn't post my update here in the PBEM 3 forum, or send you the save for this one .
No, haven't killed anyone yet. Going to happen soonish, though!

We have a trade connection as of now. Sent a gold ( I have a spare ) for wheat ( you don't need it, I need it *a lot* ) request. If you want my silks too, request them on your turn.
Vaults up to Abundant.
So, how is that settler for me coming along?

Definitely agreed, you can have all my health resources for a while. Maybe later I'll want a couple back, if my new cities need them.
That's a good point, settlers are cheap, therefore we should buy more of them. I think I may delay horses for a bit, then, and knock out two quick settlers from Longsword, one for the cow/FP site for me, and one for you (pick a spot). The new cities can be responsible for horse duty as they grow. Darrellios have hardly any power themselves at the moment, so there's not much rush to war (barring keeping Thoth happy).
And...I really should put some effort into making sure I can claim the Ygg2 site - you'll likely want that +1 happy +2 health fruit even more than I will.

Grew Longsword to size 7 this turn (the better to train troops, Thoth), and I'll finish this warrior, then probably aim for back to back settlers; one for my site, and one for the dwarves. Gotta split that vault in two before you start relying on it .
Horseback Riding is due in 4, after which the current plan is Masonry->Construction for Trebs (and chariots).

???? I've no idea what you are talking about.
Big cities are for building more happy fun infrastructure, not war toys.

Pop the Pyre if you get a chance. I'll have another worker next turn that will go up your way to do stuff. 8 or 9 turns to the RoK shrine, can't recall exactly.
